On the highest floor, there are two additional private rooms available for rent. Guests here get to enjoy use of a spacious living area, well-equipped kitchen, dining room, and charming porch offering sweeping views of the Caribbean Sea and green mountain landscapes from a lofty height.
The property is securely fenced and equipped with camera surveillance to ensure the safety of our guests. and parking. Step outside to find a fully paved yard with a shining swimming pool, ideal for relaxation, and access to a nearby field for outdoor recreation or exercise.

We thank you for choosing Short-Stay-Dominica for your short-stay reservation. We do understand that circumstances may change, and we want to provide a fair and clear cancellation policy. The following are the cancellation terms:
1. Cancellations 30 Days or More Prior to Reservation Date:
In case you want to cancel your reservation 30 days or more before your scheduled check-in date, there will be a cancellation fee of 10% of the booked amount. The balance will be refunded to you.
2. Cancellations 14-29 Days Prior to Reservation Date
If you need to cancel your booking 14 to 29 days prior to your check-in date, there will be a charge of 15% of the booking amount paid by you. The remaining amount will be refunded.
3. Cancellations 7-13 Days in Advance of Reservation Date:
If you are canceling your booking 7 days before your date of check-in, there is a cancellation charge of 20% of the amount of booking. The balance will be refunded.
4. Cancellations within 48 hours or less before the reservation date:
If you do cancel your booking within 48 hours of the date of confirmed check-in, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total booking price will be incurred. The rest will be reimbursed.
Critical Notes:
- All cancellation fees are calculated against the total amount of the booking, including extra charges or tax.
- In case of a refund, 14 days would be taken after the confirmation request for cancellation was made.
- For an early departure or no-show, the total booking amount will be forfeited, and no refunds will be made.
